Welcome to GKT Ventures, LLC, doing business as Katie Cross Media ("KCM").     Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product or service after purchase.
    • Inability to Use the Product or Service: If you encounter technical issues or have difficulty accessing or using the product or service.
    • Dissatisfaction with the Product or Service: If you are not satisfied with the content or quality of the product or service.
    • Decision to Stop Digital Marketing: If you decide to cease your involvement in digital marketing or any related activities.
    Exceptions
    There are no exceptions to this refund policy. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. c.
